Damage in Transit
DNA’s responsibility ends when shipments are signed for in good condition by the carrier picking up your shipment. Claims for merchandise lost or damaged in transit must be made with the carrier. DNA Luxor Wire Wheels will supply the customer with all shipping data upon your request.
Return of Goods
DNA Luxor Wire Wheels will not accept any returns without prior written authorization. All returns must be shipped PREPAID to our warehouse and must include purchase date, invoice number and a RMA number. We only accept goods returned within 30 days of purchase. If products are found to be misused, modified, improper installation or damaged by dealers or end users, DNA has the right to return the product to the dealer at their or end users expense. All warranties are non-transferable, limited to or through original retail purchaser only. DNA Proline is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages by dealers or the end users.
TERMS OF PURCHASE AND WARRANTY
DNA Luxor Wire Wheels Pays shipping on orders of $500 or more to the west coast, $770 or more to the Midwest and $1000 or more to the East coast. Maps of this divided freight territories are available from your sales rep.
Luxor Wire Wheels payment terms are by Credit Card, PayPal or wire transfer only. We do not accept company checks or any type of COD on direct or drop shipped orders. All orders must be paid in full including shipping fees prior to shipping orders.
